I’m Ayasmit Bhattacharya, the proud owner of The GCM Inc. I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.
Right from a young age, I enjoyed being in the spotlight and helping people. Growing up, I completed my bachelor’s degree in hospitality from Edinburgh Napier University, a post-graduate certificate focused in wine business management from Niagara College and worked in the food and beverage industry, gaining valuable experience.
After a couple of years in the hospitality industry, I realized the line of work was not for me as I wanted to effect change and mold people’s lives for the better. Luckily for me, I joined Pure Octane, a leading marketing company in Mississauga and got into this challenging and exciting field in March 2020.
Fast forward to today, I run The GCM Inc, a marketing company founded in June of 2021 with an emphasis on forging genuine relationships between our customers, clients and employees.
The parts of operating my business I most enjoy are the opportunities I get to initiate positive change, helping the next generation of entrepreneurs find their niche, setting them up for success. While many things have changed in the sector thanks to COVID-19 and technology development, how we can impact others has certainly not.
As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from others is my genuine interest in helping my team and clients get to the next level. I lead by example and believe in absolute honesty and accountability.
I attribute my success to the creation of my fantastic team of marketing professionals. Our teamwork and dedication to helping our clients achieve their goals have helped us grow so rapidly.
Helping numerous individuals grow and effectively transform their lives for the better has given me immense satisfaction over the year.
When I am not at work, I have a few pursuits and hobbies. I like to stay fit, go to the gym, and play a couple of different sports. I also enjoy travelling and hope to jet off somewhere soon.
